If railing high stakes games is one of your favorite pastimes, then there is never enough action; no matter how many big pots are shipped across the felt and regardless of number of huge suckouts and ballsy bluffs, you will always want more.

Last week falls in the acceptable category. There's been enough action to keep us entertained, but we could have done without a couple-of-days gap over the weekend. Here's how they played...

It was an up and down affair for Phil Ivey last week, with Full Tilt games going fairly well, but things not being so hot at the PokerStars tables, resulting in a loss of about $30k. For a player of Ivey's caliber this can hardly even be called a swing, so he was back at it on Sunday, topping the winners' leaderboard in style, as reported by the HighStakesDB.

Polarizing made his $181k profit in the HU match against one of the high stakes regulars, Mikael 'punting-peddler' Thuritz. In a confrontation that lasted about 90 minutes, Ivey found a heater during the second half of the session, booking a heafty profit.

However, PokerStars proved fatal for Phil once again, as he sat Steve 'Zugwat' Silverman for some 2-7 TD action and after about three hours of play, 'Zugwat' took $108k from 'RaiseOnce'. It was still a profitable day for Ivey, but things could have definitely worked much better for the high stakes legend.

There was another big match that took place on Monday between Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom and Cort 'thecortster' Kibler-Melby. Blom did emerge low six-figures winner, but it wasn't meant to last long, as 'thecortster' bounced back and had his revenge on Tuesday.

Over the span of two 2-7 TD sessions, Kibler-Melby won back his losses and then some, ending the day at the top of winners' leaderboard with the profit of $186,000. JayP-AA was the only other six-figure winner for the day, as he banked $112,500 on PokerStars PLO tables, mostly playing against Sahamies, 'Odd_Oddsen' and Ravenswood13.

Wednesday saw some truly sick action take place over at PokerStars. It was ' bajskorven87' who ended up booking the biggest profit to the tune of $260k. His opponent at the Nl1000 HU Hold'em tables was 'megabanny', whose high stakes adventure hasn't been going so well thus far since his first appearance earlier in April.

HoldemJill9 and Alex 'joiso' Kostritsyn also had a good day at the tables, banking $132k and $110k respectively. It was 'Polarizing' who found himself on the losing end of things against 'HoldemJill9'. Kostritsyn's profit came from the PokerStars 8-game and, interestingly enough, FLHE tables.

Phil 'OMGClayAiken' Galfond was the only six-figure winner from the Thursday games, cashing in fro $177k, although 'Carlooo13' came very close with the profit of $98,000. While Galfond's profits came from his match against 'thecortster', it was Phil 'Polarizing' Ivey who boosted 'Carlooo13's' roll.

'HoldemJill9' and 'Kagome Kagome' rounded up the winners' leaderboard, with the profit of $68k and $62k respectively.

Action subsided somewhat over the weekend, picking up again yesterday, when the German pro Seb 'taktloss47' Ruthenberg took on 'OMGClayAiken' at 2-7 TD tables, ending up with the profit of $135,000 after some eighty minutes of play.

Elior 'Crazy Elior' Sion was the only other big winner from the Sunday's games, banking just enough to push him over the six-figures, with the profit of $100,500. More than half of this amount came from his TD match against Phil 'MrSweets28' Galfond on PokerStars, where PLO specialist dropped just shy of $55k.

...and here's how they stack

'bajskorven87' hit the lucky draw this week, finishing $376,000 richer, a bulk of which came from the player who is turning out to be everyone's favorite - 'megabany'.

Steve 'Zugwat' Silverman had a decent week as well, as his cashier balance is now bigger for another $176,000. It is a very similar story to that of the German pro Sebastian 'taktloss47' Ruthenberg who ended the week $135k richer.

Alex 'joiso' Kostritsyn booked another winning week. Although it wasn't a really big seven-day span for the Russian, he continues his steady climb, banking another $73,000.

On the other side of the spectrum, first and foremost, is ' megabanny' who left $584,000 behind at the tables during this week alone. Although nobody knows the identity of this player, high stakes regulars have been welcoming him with their arms spread wide thus far, as he's been contributing significantly to their bottom line at the PokerStars tables.

Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom had another rough patch, dropping quarter of a million during the past seven days, mostly at Full Tilt, with only $10k lost on PokerStars tables. Phil Ivey didn't have much better luck either, as he lost about $225k, although he spread his losses equally between the two sites.

Wrapping up the red zone of the weekly leaderboard are Mikael 'punting-peddler' Thuritz and Phil Galfond, who finished the week $181k and $147k lighter.
