Poker-loving comedian Andy Milonakis has signed a one-year deal with Americas CardRoom to stream his card exploits on TwitchTV, the announcement coming as the sketch show star passed the 500k Twitch followers milestone…

Milonakis is no stranger to a poker table, appearing on Live at the Bike and cashing twice in last year’s RunItUp Reno festival, as well as streaming the $5million GTD ACR Venom tournament on the US-facing site.

The 44-year old New Yorker was one of the stars in the recent Feeding America charity tournament held on ACR, knocking out Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and ACR boss Phil Nagy en route to a 3rd-place finish behind actor Kevin Pollak and eventual winner Ebony Kenney.

Milonakis rose to fame in 2003 after a video he recorded called ‘The SuperBowl is Gay’ went viral, eventually landing him his own comedy sketch show called The Andy Milonakis Show on MTV.

He has since gone on to star in several movies and TV shows, as well as release rap singles and collaborations with other music stars. He now boasts more than half a million followers on both Twitch and Twitter.

His new deal with ACR will see him add poker to his current melange of videos and streams, cooking, gaming and rapping among the most recent.
