In one of the strangest Twitter spats ever to grace the poker community, half a dozen of the most liberal pros in the poker world found themselves under attack by the rapper Talib Kweli, who seemed hell-bent on calling everybody a racist - starting with Justin ‘stealthmunk’ Schwartz.

Schwartz, not everybody’s cup of tea with his inability to conform to many of the most basic social interactions offline as we saw at last year’s WSOP, is a Twitter fiend and an interesting though controversial guy when he comments, but it was an innocent music tweet which incurred Kweli’s wrath…

When the likes of Dan O’Brien stepped in to defend ‘stealthmunk’ he too was given the ‘all white people are racist’ treatment by the rapper…

Kweli, who’s own website describes him as ‘one of the world’s most talented and most accomplished Hip Hop artists’ who has worked with Mos Def, Kanye West and Pharrel Williams among others, had rather incredibly somehow found himself targeting what most of the poker world describe as the ‘SJW’s, Social Justice Warriors.

Matt Glantz quickly picked the Brooklyn man up on this…

…but it seemed to do little if anything to calm Kweli’s misplaced ire, although Vanessa Selbst and Doug Polk were late to the game and playing catch up for most of the day…

…and it was up to fellow rapper ‘The Saurus’ to explain Kweli’s sad and dismal approach to Twitter…

…as Stealthmunk seemed to be getting nowhere fast with the deranged rapper…

…eventually ending with this…

…before Schwartz moved on and almost instantly started another shitstorm with Jimmy Fricke - but that’s a story for another Twitterday!
