Daniel Negreanu and Brian Rast sat down together to analyze and evaluate a hand that both were involved in for an edition of Throwback Thursday on KidPoker's YouTube channel.

Rast, as many know, won the WSOP $50K Poker Player's Championship twice, in 2011 and again in 2016. Those victories added more than $3 million to his lifetime earnings, a total that has since surpassed $20 million.

Brian's run good continued after winning the second of those titles last July. His next five cashes included three high roller victories and one runner-up finish, a heater of immense proportions.

Also playing in the hand that KidPoker and Rast broke down was Zvi Stern, who finished 5th in the 2015 WSOP Main Event for just shy of $2 million.

Hand Analysis

Daniel explains his reasons against four-betting pre-flop despite holding pocket kings while seated in the big blind. The threat of Rast and Stern folding to his possible four-bet was DNegs' main concern, as getting the most value from his premium hand was the aim.

When the flop hits the board, Rast finds himself with top pair and bets accordingly following a check from Negreanu. Stern bows out of the action and KidPoker continues with his coy play by just calling.

How will the action play out on the turn and river? Can Daniel extract the most value possible out of this hand? Watch the video for the answer.
