Michael Wang landed not one, but two WSOP Circuit rings in Baltimore this week, and a current deep run in the Main Event could see him grab number three in the space of a week!

The young New Orleans-born pro already boasts a WSOP gold bracelet from back in 2015, but until this week’s Baltimore trip he had never managed to add a Circuit rung to his jewellery haul.

That all changed when the New Jersey resident fought off a 101-strong field to snag the $400 buy-in NLHE title, a $9,522 cash to go with the coveted ring.

Just two days later, Wang was atop the podium yet again, this time landing the $600 buy-in NLHE title, another 100-player field felled when he defeated Shiraz Hasan heads-up to bag $15,156.

Wang’s incredible run didn’t stop there, the tweet above showing that him whizzing between seats as he ran deep in the Main Event at the same time as trying to land ring number three heads-up in another $400 ring event.

That didn’t quite pan out, Wang losing out to Daniel Fox, but he is still in with a great shout of a WSOPC triple, currently sitting 6th in chips at the final table of the $1700 Main Event.

His lifetime tournament winnings now sit at over $2.4million, with more than $100k up top when he sits down this evening to go for his Baltimore hattrick.
