NSFW: Daniel Negreanu Rant During Online WSOP

Daniel Negreanu joined the millions of online players who have lost the plot when faced with a disconnection mid-hand – shouting, cursing and threatening all sorts of violence on the gods of poker software!

“It’s on me? What the fuck man, motherfucking shit….Come on. Fuck. It says it’s on me over here but I’ve got no fucking cards…I’ve got a fucking big stupid thing…come on dude, what is up with this software?”

That’s how DNegs started his unexpected and at times hilarious reaction to being disconnected from play in event 10 of the 2020 WSOP online schedule, the $600 Monster Stack.

Negreanu took to Twitter to check if it was just him or a wider problem with the software…

…but by the next day his expletive-laden, kung fu-fighting reaction had gone viral, and even he could see the funny side of things…

Mike 'The Mouth' Matusow, however, saw an opportunity to get his own back on Kid Poker, although his obvious joke tweet got a fair bit of backlash in the comments following his threats to assault a ‘slow-roller’ last week.

We’ve all been there, and there’s nothing to be done bar accepting it as part and parcel of the game we love, but there’s still a guilty pleasure to be had in watching others’ meltdowns…
