Dan Bilzerian Sells Drugs?

Where Dan Bilzerian’s money comes from for his high-stakes, high-roller lifestyle is a question which has been asked many times, but where it goes is a less well-kept secret, his latest tweet showing that marijuana holds the answer – huge baggies of weed and an upcoming business IPO on the cards, Bilzerian looking to make his cannabis brand Green Axis “the fucking Coca-Cola of the fucking weed industry.”

Bilzerian, the self-styled King of Instagram, has a very shady background when it comes to money - living a billionaire life of private jets, gun and car collections and high-stakes poker, all off the back of his father’s white-collar crimes which saw Paul Bilzerian jailed for four years in the early nineties.

To hear Dan Bilzerian explain his wealth, however, is a sad and amusing way to spend – or waste - five minutes of your life, guns and poker apparently how he became richer than Croesus:

"I went broke after sophomore year, gambled away all my money, sold some guns, turned $750 into $10,000, flew to Vegas, turned ten thou into $187,000," he told the Daily Dot a few years back.
“If you look at poker like a business, I'd say I'm fuckin' Bill Gates. I've won over 50 million dollars playing poker. Who the fuck else has done that?" Bilzerian once told All-In magazine.

This year, however, his business plans to stave off a life among the poor involve drugs – legalised marijuana apparently fitting the bill for ‘Blitz’ and his business partner…

…with the obligatory busty and beautiful girls on hand to promote – or in Bilzerian’s case, as with everything else he does – self-promote

A launch party in Vancouver for his plunge into the drugs market was well-publicised

…as Bilzerian claimed he would make Green Axis “the fucking Coca-Cola of the fucking weed industry.”

Knowing your own product is a must of course, and Bilzerian has been happy enough to show off his spliff-making skills on Christmas Day last year…

Whether his new-found love for the green stuff will affect his poker game is something he’ll be sure to let us know, but despite Nevada recently relaxing its laws on weed, Vegas’ casinos haven’t followed the plan, so he’ll have to stick to the high-stakes private games for now…
